meet LAURA
As a mom of two beautiful and BUSY small kids. I don't have as much time to make art for myself these days. But that's ok! because I love watching my kids be the creative ones. We love to paint, color, make messes, and read stories. During my time on maternity leave, I started doing my own nails and I've since fallen in love with nail art. That has been my new creative outlet. I have always loved helping people tap in to their creative side, it is why I originally wanted to be an art teacher. Over the years, painting has become such a passion of mine that when the opportunity to work with Empty Canvas came up, I couldn't say no and I am so beyond excited to be back. I look forward to painting with you!
When I'm not painting or chasing my kids, you can usually find me outside with my family, hiking, camping, quading and adventuring all over the Kootenays.
